We're seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Manager in the Wayzata area. As a family-owned and operated business, we pride ourselves on exceptional service, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for building strong customer relationships.
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the ins and outs of our business while providing top-notch support to our customers. You'll rotate between our metro area locations, gaining valuable experience and preparing for a management role.
What you'll do:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, assisting with orders, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Efficiently process customer orders, including operating the cash register and assembling items.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Develop the skills and knowledge necessary to advance into a store management position.
Qualifications:
- Inventory management, POS, and retail sales experience
- Strong supervisory skills and ability to lead a team effectively
- Proficient in customer service and cash register operations
- Knowledge of purchasing, inventory control, and stock management
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Bonus: Multilingual or bilingual proficiency, negotiation skills, and recruiting experience

Pay: $44,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
Bonus after 120 days - $300
