Responsibilities
- Instruct and coach campers fundamentals and techniques, ensuring a fun and engaging learning environment.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
- Monitor campers' safety during activities.
- Foster teamwork and sportsmanship among participants through group activities and games.
- Provide feedback and encouragement to help campers improve their skills and confidence.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a well-rounded summer camp experience
Qualifications
- Strong coaching skills.
- Strong communication skills to engage camper
- Enjoy working with campers ages 7-14
- Ability to create a fun and safe learning environment for children
