Locke, Jr.'s "The Promise of Pinelawn" paved a culture that still lives within the organization today. To honor his father's legacy, Alfred D. Locke became a passionate steward of the land and delivered his father's promise by introducing magnificent architecture, historically significant sculptures, themed gardens and striking landscaping design. PINELAWN TODAY Pinelawn has many flowing fountains, monuments and granite displays among 840 acres of lush greenery. Pinelawn is a Level I Accredited Arboretum, furthering its goal of providing our community with aesthetically pleasing, open, green space for people to visit and enjoy.
