We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing helpful information about our program. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to providing the highest level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Assist customers with class selection.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on inquiries and complaints.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
