Job Summary:
The Stockroom Clerk will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring accurate transactions, and maintaining stockroom organization. This role requires the ability to follow well-defined procedures with minimal supervision, check incoming materials for accuracy, issue materials for assembly, perform cycle counts, and use various tools and equipment, including forklifts and company vehicles. The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of stockroom procedures and experience using Costpoint transactions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain inventory accuracy through careful counting and transaction processing.
- Verify incoming materials and assemblies against documentation.
- Issue materials and assembly kits as per Planning and Assembly requests.
- Research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Perform cycle counts and physical inventories, recording transactions in Costpoint.
- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom while following safety and PPE requirements.
- Operate forklifts (Meggitt-certified) and other stockroom equipment.
- Use company van for pick-ups and deliveries.
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned.
- Apply problem-solving skills to address inventory challenges in standardized situations.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively, ensuring accuracy and timely task completion.

- Forklift, company van, pallet jack, ladders, banding and wrapping equipment.
- Various hand and power tools as required for stockroom operations.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $17.00 - $26.00 per hour
