About the Opportunity
The Hot Air Solder Level Operator processes PCB layers through the Hot Air Solder Level Machine and ensures that all jobs are processed in accordance with Team leader direction, Traveler information, process engineering and Standard Operating Procedures.
Please Note: The available work schedule consists of second-shift hours (4:00pm - 12:30am); however, training will take place during the first shift (7:30am - 4:00pm)
What You'll Do:
- Reviews SOPs, work instructions, Team leader direction and the Traveler to ensure compliance with specifications; verifies that prior process was properly completed and that quantities match; scans job into PROCIM to ensure compliance with specifications
- Completes Process Analysis Log prior to start of work each shift
- Sets up and operates Hot Air Solder Level Machine, including set speed and pressure, start/stop and verify temperature setting
- Preps and cleans racks for use in process
- Bakes layers using vacuum oven and logs in and out time
- Prepares panels for processing by applying solder or hot air level tapes
- Loads and unloads panels from the conveyorized chemical cleaner in accordance with traveler instructions
- Visually inspects panels after processing for non-conformances
- Cleans and dries panels
- Signs off on the Traveler, logs out in ProCIM and moves finished parts to the next scheduled process
- Performs all other job tasks as needed.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
- 1 year of related experience working in a chemical manufacturing environment (Preferred)
Please note that in addition to frequent standing and walking, the work environment requires lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 20 pounds, as well as repetitive hand motion and outward reaching.
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

2nd Shift: 4:00PM to 12:30AM
