Responsibilities:

- Utilize Excel for data entry, reporting, and tracking financial information with high accuracy.
- Assist with office administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate inventory.
- Handle a wide range of administrative duties, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Support team members with various projects and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Stay focused and organized while working on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, office administration, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to handle complex spreadsheets.
