What are the responsibilities and job description for the Helpdesk Technician position at Planet Technology?
Planet Technology has partnered with a NY based company to locate a Helpdesk Tech candidate for a 6 months contracting position (possible temp to hire).
No 3P's or sponsorship permitted. Candidates should be legal to work in the US and not require sponsorship at any time.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a total of 1500 users and will manage around 20 tickets/day. They are fine with hiring a junior level profile and will train and get them up to speed, but they do need this person to have some basic skills. This role is 50/50 phone vs. deskside support.
Must haves:
- 1 years of experience as a Helpdesk technician
- Windows/O365 and Mac Support experience
- Experience with ticketing systems

- InTune
- Jamf
- MDM
