Description
We are seeking an experienced Help Desk Technician to support a variety of systems, programs, and technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate in a team setting, and a customer-focused approach to troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and manage help desk requests for both onsite and remote users
- Route tickets to appropriate technicians or support groups
- Provide support for various systems, including hardware / software troubleshooting and installations
- Prepare and deploy laptops and other devices as required
- Support the following systems :
Windows and macOS (hardware and software)

3 days a week in the office, 2 work from home
New York Pay Rate $50,000.00 - $65,000.00
