What are the responsibilities and job description for the Honolulu Airport Executive Greeter position at Platinum Transportation?
The Airport Greeter provides high level of service to all our guests and vendors at the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guest with a SMILE
- Maintain clear communications with operations
- Daily assignments and keep up with updates and changes to the manifest.
- Check airport arrivals to ensure flight is on time and/or delayed.
- Acquire luggage and escort passengers to baggage claim and/or transportation.
- Additional duties as assigned by operations
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
- Must have completed education at a minimum of a high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
- Must be able to stand and walk for most of the time.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. to assist customers with luggage.
- Apart from religious observation, must be able to work 40 hours per week and adjust to changing schedules.

Starting Pay: $14 plus tips
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
