Full Cycle Recruiter (Full-Time - remote)

This successful candidate for this position will:

• Source, phone screen, and conduct interviews to make candidate recommendations to management
• Aid hiring managers in the decision making process by supplying them with any candidate information necessary to make informed, effective hiring decisions
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system
• Continuously source in order to maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
• Build community relationships (by attending job fairs, program specific conventions, etc.)
• Develop a candidate-seeking culture
• Strategize ways of finding good talent and ways to retain good talent

Position Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree and/or minimum 2 years of relevant post-secondary education or training
• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience
• Experience successfully sourcing passive candidates preferred
• Experience recruiting in the healthcare industry a plus
• General knowledge of employment law
• Strong proficiency with MS Office, internet sourcing, and proprietary software
• Strong interviewing and follow-up skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills

Travel: Position requires travel on occasion throughout Connecticut and Massachusetts.
