As our Office Manager, you'll be the backbone of our operations. You will play a crucial role in keeping the business organized, efficient, and running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who is highly detail-oriented, thrives in a dynamic environment, and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
Responsibilities:
- Managing office operations to support business growth and client satisfaction.
- Serving as the first point of contact, scheduling initial consultations, and managing incoming communications.
- Preparing detailed financial reports on cash flow and tracking project financials.
- Assisting with bids, proposals, and project documentation.
- Organizing and maintaining company records, processes, and efficiency strategies.
- Leading team meetings and streamlining internal systems for increased productivity.
- Assisting in the selection and implementation of a CRM system.
- Supporting employees through coaching, professional development, and goal setting.
- Overseeing communication between employees, subcontractors, and clients to ensure a professional and seamless experience.
