As a Site Superintendent, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of residential construction and renovation projects. This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. The ideal candidate will be solution-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering outstanding results.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple job sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and exceeding expectations.
- Lead client interactions and maintain top-tier customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure projects align with approved plans, specifications, and building codes while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying and mitigating risks to meet deadlines.
- Prepare and oversee Purchase Orders, Change Orders, and financial tracking for projects.
- Foster a positive work environment, ensuring all employees and subcontractors communicate professionally with clients.
- Champion health, safety, and environmental protection on-site.
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites that reflect our company's high standards.
- Ensure compliance with all local and state building codes, including obtaining necessary permits and scheduling inspections.
Qualifications:
- Five or more years of experience in construction project management, with a strong focus on renovation projects.
- A high-energy, client-focused approach to project execution.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and provide solutions.
- Proficiency in construction management software and modern building techniques.
- Experience with energy-efficient building technology, techniques, and their applications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of motivating teams and maintaining a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
- A passion for continuous learning, adaptability, and innovation in construction practices.
What We Offer:
- Full Time Position
- Competitive Salary at $75,000 to $85,000 based on experience.
