Responsibilities
The HRIS Technical Lead is responsible for understanding the data structure of Post’s core HCM system to lead in delivering on enterprise business objectives around reporting, integrations, and data conversions. Knowledge of system BI/reporting, security, data workflow, and core configuration will be used to deliver on business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
- Leading expert on BI reporting for HCM reporting needs from the HCM system
- Manages core integrations. Builds data integrations and problem-solves issues with 3rd-party providers.
- Lead data conversion for mergers and acquisitions
- Evaluate business requests to determine feasibility as well as research, identify, and present options (including recommendations)
- Evaluates new technology products and advises on integration approach, challenges, and concerns
- Preview semiannual HCM releases, socializing and recommending features that will drive business value
- Provide recommendations and lead HCM / BI access security management configuration aligning with HR guidance as new functionality is introduced
- Ensure HRIS analysts adhere to reporting and process procedural standards
- Mentors team members on core HCM reporting and data structure.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- 10 years of managing core HCM technologies, including SaaS
- Proficiency with UKG Pro is preferred; experience in HCM systems such as Workday, and / or Oracle is welcome
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field desired, equivalent industry experience considered
- Experience with leading data migrations associated with acquisitions
- Demonstrated vendor management skills focused on establishing and maintaining relationships focused on achieving the business goals
- Advanced proficiency in core Microsoft Office products
- Ability to evaluate project objectives and scope for feasibility, understanding, and scheduling
- Strong oral and written communication skills demonstrating ability to share and impart knowledge
- Advanced data and systems analytical/problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs and problems into viable/accepted solutions
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to resolve conflict and foster teamwork
