Responsibilities:- Work to ensure effective reporting and integration of HR systems in designated areas.
- Assist in creating solutions that fit business needs in a variety of domains.
- Primarily responsible for benefits integration files with all benefits vendors, working on employee information and mapping to ensure error resolution and accuracy.
- Directly correspond and work with frontline vendor staff on integration files.
- Generate monthly and annual ACA compliance files to load with our compliance vendor, supporting HR Compliance.
- Contribute to reporting and technology projects.
- Analyze existing reporting processes and suggest improvements when needed.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert in benefits integration file maintenance and management and ACA compliance reporting
- Build, modify, and troubleshoot core HCM BI reporting (with focus on Benefits carrier integrations).
- Support other HCM core work within UltiPro, including workflow management, security administration, and configuration.
- Perform weekly review and audit of integration errors and communicate to Benefits department.
- Give recommendations for resolving process errors and identify opportunities to make reporting more efficient.
- Support and partner with Benefits on preparing for, configuring, testing, and administering annual benefits enrollment.
- Support life event reporting within core HCM platform.
- Provide technical support for Benefits during acquisitions and divestitures.
- Partner with Benefits on benefits deduction code and earning group mapping accuracy.
- Audit and investigate deduction groups and deduction codes within the back office of UltiPro.
- Respond to benefits tickets that relate to issues that may stem from integration file(s).
- Cross-train associate members of team.
- 3-5 years of HRIS / HRIT experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or related field/equivalent experience is desired.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms like UKG Pro, Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, or similar systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding and capturing business requirements, and successfully translating them into proper scope of work and viable solution(s).
- Strong MS Excel skill; ability to analyze and summarize data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and HR processes.
- Experience working with external providers.
