The Human Resources Coordinator will provide administrative support in HR related matters to ensure smooth operation of the HR department.
This position is temporary and is expected to last from December 2024 to May 2025. This position will work out of our Carmel and Big Sur offices.
ESSENTIAL WORK SKILLS:
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality and be trustworthy
- Effective administration skills
- Can work individually and also as part of team
- Advanced computer knowledge including Microsoft and Google applications
- Be able to prioritize projects and have great time management skills
- Be able to problem-solve and make decisions within level of authorization
- Have strong attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred for communication with staff
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR environment
- Knowledge of essential HR and Payroll laws/practices
Pay range for the Human Resources Coordinator position is $25 - $30 per hour
