Power Torque Services, LLC was formed in August of 2002. Our company began by providing tubular running services to the Oil and Gas Industry by supplying crews, tubing tongs, torque turn services, assembly makeup services and full length bucking services. PTS was started in Houma, Louisiana with two of veterans known to the tubular makeup industry. Clint Morgan and Rusty Picou joined together to start PTS. Clint has 32 years of tubular running and management skills and Rusty has been managing assembly and bucking services for over 25 years. Together the ownership team has worked with all oil c...ompanies in either accessory make up services or tubular running services on well site locations. Joining our management team as Operations Manager is Preston Martin who has been providing quality equipment and personnel for over 20 years to the industry. Since our company was formed we have grown to include locations in Bossier City, LA, Punxsutawney, PA, Steubenville, OH, Brookhaven, MS and ElCampo, TX. Our complete line of services has grown to not only provide crews, tubing tongs, torque turn, assembly makeup services and full length bucking but to also include casing running crews and equipment to be able to run up to 20" casing, Pickup and Laydown services to be able to handle up to 13 3/8" casing and tubular testing - both hydrostatic and gas for tubulars up to 7" O.D. Our ownership team has 80 years of hands on experience with all type of tubulars and all types of tubular connections. We helped develop the torque turn systems as it is known today and were heavily involved with the development of the 1st non marking tubular tong makeup system.
