This is a remote position based in the Dallas, Texas area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Enablement: Train and support channel partners on our connected platform and solutions to strengthen their sales capabilities.
- Channel Relationship Management: Serve as a central contact for technical and business inquiries, maintaining robust relationships with channel partners.
- Sales Support: Collaborate on joint customer presentations, solution demonstrations, and proposals to drive sales and revenue.
- Strategy Development: Work with internal teams to develop strategies for optimizing channel performance and expanding market share.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partner performance, offering insights to enhance their success with our platform.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, engineering, and customer success teams to meet partner needs swiftly and effectively.
- Technical Support: Assist partners in configuring and deploying systems, offering technical troubleshooting to ensure seamless integration.
- Travel: Travel 50% to support partners on-site with presentations, training, implementation, and troubleshooting as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5 years in food service sales, channel sales, partner management, or a technical role focused on cooking equipment.
- Skills: The ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Proficient in CRM and sales tools.
- Interpersonal: Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Mindset: Results-oriented with a proactive approach, able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Availability: Willingness to travel as needed to foster partner and customer relationships.
