Job Summary
Prairie Crossing Living & Rehab Center is seeking a caring, compassionate, and empathetic Activity Aide to join our team. We are a 92-bed facility certified for skilled and intermediate care, located in Shabbona, IL - only 16 miles SW of DeKalb, and 20 miles SE of Rochelle.
