Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
- Optimize freight routes and transportation strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Analyze and enhance international and domestic shipping networks to streamline inventory flow.
- Collaborate with global suppliers, carriers, and 3PL partners to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Implement data-driven solutions to improve freight consolidation, scheduling, and route planning.
- Identify and mitigate risks in global logistics, ensuring compliance with customs and trade regulations.
- Monitor freight spend and performance metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with procurement, warehouse, and retail teams to align logistics with business goals.
- Utilize technology and automation to enhance logistics visibility and efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience required:
- 5 years of experience in logistics, freight optimization, or supply chain management within a multinational retail company.
- Strong background in global shipping, route planning, and freight cost reduction.
- Experience managing carrier contracts, 3PL relationships, and international freight regulations.
- Proven ability to use data analytics and logistics technology to drive decision-making.
- Knowledge of customs compliance, import/export regulations, and supply chain risk management.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
