Position Overview:
As the Pediatric Clinical Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing our therapy programs, guiding a talented team, and ensuring excellence in service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
- Program Oversight: Manage and support our Occupational, Physical and Speech therapy programs, ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, state and federal regulations, and quality assurance standards to maintain the highest level of care and operational integrity within the practice.
- Team Leadership: Supervise team leads, hire and train new staff, and foster professional development across the clinical team.
- Caseload Management: Maintain a small caseload to remain actively engaged with clients, providing insights into grassroots operations, team dynamics, and individual client needs.
- Performance Monitoring: Work closely with administrative and clinical teams to ensure monthly performance goals are met in alignment with practice objectives, providing support and strategies for improvement, as needed.
- Budget Management: Oversee the clinical team’s budget and expenditures, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Marketing Participation: Collaborate on marketing initiatives to educate families about our services and promote our practice within the community.

- A strong technical proficiency to independently navigate and master both existing and new technologies and applications, showcasing a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a willingness to explore solutions to effectively streamline operations
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or Physical Therapy).
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a treating therapist with 3-5 years management experience of therapy programs required (in a pediatric therapy setting is preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on quality assurance and client outcomes.
- Solid business acumen and technical proficiency
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary : $85,000 - $105,000
