Our client has a thriving private dental practice located in Falls Church, Virginia, is seeking an experienced and driven Practice Manager to lead their team. With a focus on high-end patient care, they generate approximately $2.1 million in annual revenue in their fee-for-service practice. Their office is fully equipped with modern dental technology, including a CBCT unit, and is staffed by a dedicated team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee day-to-day operations of the dental practice, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient careLead and manage the dental team, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring accountabilityMonitor, analyze, and manage dental practice Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure practice goals are metCollaborate with the dentist and team to manage the profit and loss (P&L) statement, making data-driven decisions to optimize practice performanceEnsure compliance with all regulatory and safety standardsHandle patient relations, addressing concerns and ensuring a high level of patient satisfactionManage scheduling, billing, collections, and financial operations within the practiceImplement and track staff training, development, and performance evaluationsManage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient supply managementQualifications :
2 years of dental practice management experience, with proven leadership skillsStrong understanding of dental KPIs and experience managing to a profit and loss (P&L) statementExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to lead independently and make critical decisions to ensure practice successFamiliarity with dental software and systemsProficiency in financial and operational reportingStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing challengesCompensation & Benefits :
