Premier Placements is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join a motivated, collaborative, and established team in the Reidsville, NC area. In this role, you will work closely with the Human Resources department, providing administrative support in staff reporting, compliance, employee relations, and various projects.

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (with the flexibility to work overtime if needed)
Hourly Wage: $24.00 Hr. Yearly Bonus Incentive: up to 10%
General Responsibilities:
- Manages daily operations labor reporting and procedures while assisting with administrative tasks. Composes, types, and edits correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Assists the receptionist by managing front office duties and properly directing phone calls. Greets the public and answers questions both in person and over the phone. Responds to inquiries from employees and others, referring them to the appropriate person or department when necessary.
- Maintains employee personnel files and ensures compliance with USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification while periodically auditing these forms. Performs HRIS data entry for FMLA, leave management, and personnel file maintenance.
- Keeps locker assignment information current. Cleans out lockers after termination to maintain an accurate locker inventory.
- Supports the HR Manager with various HR projects and manages a wide range of tasks related to maintaining and processing personnel records and reports.
- Plays a key role in the development, planning, and direction of monthly company activities aimed at increasing employee retention through recognition.
