We are actively searching for a commercial roofing - sheet metal foreman, for an established & award-winning roofing contractor in the Twin Cities MN area.
This position requires above-average attention to detail, concern for the exact correctness of work, and a strong commitment to completing tasks on time. The person in this position will take work seriously, has a strong sense of duty, and is disciplined. Foreman Responsibilities

• Perform work and provide technical support to ensure projects are completed to specification.
• Understand the use of and operate rooftop equipment.
• Manage job site inventory.
• Inspect and maintain equipment.
• Manage crew and job site. Train, coach, all crew members.
• Manage project durations.
• Thoroughly read shop drawings and blueprints.
• Communicates with clients, vendors, and management as needed.

• 3 years of experience in commercial flat roofing - production and service.
• OSHA certifications.
• Valid Driver's license.
