As a Sales Manager , you’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and take a hands-on approach when needed. Your key responsibilities include :
Sales Management
Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team across New Construction, Service, Commercial Service, Refrigeration, and AOR.Set and monitor KPIs, host team meetings, and deliver tailored training programs.Step in for sales calls during peak times or staff absences to maintain service excellence.Business Development
Build relationships with general contractors, property managers, and stakeholders.Identify and pursue opportunities in residential, commercial, and property management sectors.Represent Premier Systems at networking events and industry gatherings.Marketing Oversight
Work with the marketing coordinator to create lead-generation campaigns.Evaluate and optimize marketing strategies for maximum ROI.Ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.Pricing Strategy
Collaborate with department heads to develop competitive pricing models.Regularly review pricing strategies to align with market trends.Cross-Department Collaboration

Required :
Proven experience in sales management, outside sales, or business development (HVAC, construction, or related industries preferred).Leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire.Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., ServiceTitan) and familiarity with marketing tools and analytics.Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of balancing strategy with execution.Preferred :
