Window & Doors Sales Specialist

As a Window & Doors Sales Specialist, you are responsible for:
- Technical sales of important components, installed at a critical phase of the build cycle and necessary to the function and the beauty of every custom home
- Maintaining the highly technical skills required to select, configure, order, and install product properly
- Seeking prospecting opportunities
- Acting on product line and market strategy to sell specially ordered windows, doors, stair systems and millwork for various building projects
Our showrooms are considered selection centers and provide value to our builder customers by allowing for decisions to be made earlier in the construction planning process. The salesperson works with professional builders, homeowners, and internal customers to efficiently and accurately determine requirements, price products, process orders, arrange delivery of materials, and support in the installation process. As a service function, our sales team is supported with various training and tools for supply chain optimization and order coordination.
Much of your time will be spent in the field engaging with customers, and Preston Feather provides additional training, tools and resources to effectively manage and organize mobile office work. This dynamic approach allows you to build and nurture collaborative partnerships, ensuring that both current and future customers feel valued and supported whether you are in or out of the showroom and office.

Required qualifications include:
- Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience in directly related industry (building or construction); 5 years strongly preferred
- A high school diploma or GED
