We are a national mortgage lender seeking a dedicated Counselor to join our organization and support our New England sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various counseling settings, but most specifically focused within a professional business environment.
Duties will include:
- Provide counseling (both personal and professional) services to our local sales staff
- Implement behavior management strategies
- Collaborate with sales leadership team to best support the growth of employees and meet company goals
*Qualifications*
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Certification or licensure as a Therapist
- Strong knowledge of behavior management techniques and diagnostic evaluation procedures in a business environment
*Business and/or sales exposure strongly preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
