Consumer Marketing Manager

• Drives organic social media and influencer strategy, including research, planning, and building campaigns to drive top-of-funnel activity for downstream conversion. Builds and executes plans to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Collaborates with management to execute and report organic marketing campaigns across the funnel for channels including social media, website, events, blog, email, landing pages and others.
• Creates and executes a community management plan for social media and review sites.
• Identifies and pitches influencers for brand partnerships and leads the execution of campaigns to raise the visibility of product with target audiences.
• Manages and maintains marketing content calendar inclusive of marketing milestones, product milestones, seasonal holidays/observances, sports seasons, and related data integral to strategic planning.
• Researches and monitors trends, competitive activity, and consumer preferences to support strategic planning.
• Develops creative briefs and guides creative direction to meet objectives for campaigns, including print, digital, video assets and other outputs.
• Collaborates with creative and analytic team members to implement and report on marketing campaigns.
• Manages content and updates for customer and internal touch points, document business processes, and provide reporting support.
• Collaborates with internal partners to facilitate consistent brand experience from direct-to-consumer (D2C) and business-to-business (B2B) brand.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum four (4) years in marketing with experience executing omni-channel marketing campaigns and initiatives to attract, acquire and retain customers.
• Experience in direct-to-consumer marketing, in the sport, wellness, fitness, and/or health sector.
• Previous experience in project management preferred.

Pay range: $69,000.00 to $92,000.00/yr
