Company: Pro-MotionPix LLC
Location: Pleasanton, CA (In-Person, 5 Days a Week, 8:30am-5pm)
Compensation: $60k – $80k OTE (On-Target Earnings)

About the Role
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to expand our client base and strengthen relationships with automotive dealerships. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, pitch our industry-leading photography and software solutions, and help dealerships improve their online presence.

This is an in-person, office-based position in Pleasanton, CA, requiring five days per week onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect & Acquire New Clients – Identify and engage potential dealership clients.
• Present & Demonstrate Solutions – Conduct cold calls and Zoom presentations to showcase our products and services.
• Maintain & Grow Relationships – Build strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Meet & Exceed Sales Goals – Drive revenue growth by consistently achieving sales targets.
• Provide Outstanding Customer Support – Ensure client satisfaction through exceptional service and ongoing communication.
• Collaborate with Teams – Work closely with marketing and operations to enhance the customer experience.
• Stay Industry-Savvy – Keep up with automotive industry trends and competitors to stay ahead in the market.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Automotive Sales – Prior experience selling to dealerships or working within a dealership environment is highly preferred.
• Strong Sales Background – At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in the automotive or technology sectors.
• Confident Communicator – Comfortable with cold calling, Zoom presentations, and sales interactions.
• Self-Motivated & Independent – A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and hit sales targets.
• Tech-Savvy – Familiarity with CRM software is required; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
