Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Laborer/Dayshift cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks in a commercial environment. This is a full-time dayshift position with scheduled hours Mon-Fri. Main office is in Hobart, IN. Local travel may be necessary.
Duties
· Maintain public and common areas for cleanliness.
· Respond to customer requests in a timely and effective manner.
· Follow established systems, policies, procedures, and protocols.
· Maintain professional appearance and demeanor.
· Interact with the staff and public in a friendly, polite, and professional manner.
· Material pickup/drop off, general errands.
· Conventional physical labor as needed.
Requirements
· 18 years or older.
· Pass a background investigation.
· Hold a valid driver’s license.
· Be able and willing to work independently in an efficient and productive manner.
