Requirements

PA is seeking an experienced professional with combined AR and AP experience who will be responsible for the order-to-cash and procure-to-pay cycles. This person will be in charge of processing invoices, payments, and collections, maintains financial records, resolves discrepancies, and coordinates with clients and vendors. Requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles. 

Scope of work:

· Administer the Order to Cash cycle.

· Prepare timely and accurate customer billing.

· Prompt cash application to outstanding invoices.

· Review AR aging for past due customers. Create a plan with the customer for prompt payment.

· Remediate any invoicing or payment issues with customers.

· Actively collect past due invoices, with customer touchpoints each month.

· Ensure dunning is set up and working as expected.

· Identify customers who are paying via check and transition customers to ACH.

· Utilize and facilitate PSP relationships.

· Administer the Procure to Pay cycle.

· Prepare timely and accurate entry of invoices.

· Prepare weekly AP payment batch and record payments in NetSuite.

· Prepare cash and P-Card reconciliations.

· Collection of W-9 for all vendors and preparation of annual 1099 forms.

· Verbal confirmation of all third-party banking information.

· Review and process T&E expense reports weekly.

· Assist with bank on connection to NS.

· Prepare detailed procedures for recurring situations.

· Identify and propose process improvements.

· Other duties as assigned.
