We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. The successful applicant will have a strong background in maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and fix issues promptly. This is a hands-on role that requires a high level of physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, repairing and replacing equipment
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues before they become major problems
- Paint as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards and protocols
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts replacements
Requirements
- Experience as an industrial electrician or in a similar maintenance role
- Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance principles and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical stamina to perform maintenance tasks
- Commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of the job
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN WORK HOURS
8 hours/day and overtime as needed
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or 2-year experience in construction or a related field.
A valid California Class C driver’s license and maintain a clean DMV record.
