Description/Job Summary
Schedule: Rotating Schedule working 4:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.working 3 days on 1 day off 3 days on 7 days off.
Job Summary: Duties include assist with inspecting carriers before loading, loading rice on to hopper trucks and hopper cars, and placing seals on carrier. Responsible for cleaning and sanitation of the bulk rice loading area and equipment. Dry cleaning using compressed air and sweeping of equipment and structures of the area(s) on a defined frequency. Complete and maintain records of pre-loading inspections, sanitation and seal number.
Basic Qualifications
Must possess good communication skills.
Must be willing to climb up to 40 feet.
Must be willing to lift up to 100 lbs.
Must be willing to bend, stoop, push, pull, twist and turn throughout the day.
Must be willing to work in hot and cold temperatures for periods of time.
Must be willing to stand and walk for long periods of time. Must be age 21 or older with a clear driving record.
