Job Description
We are seeking an efficient, highly motivated, and organized individual with proven for a large employee base ( 50 employees). The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage payroll and human resource functions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review employee timesheets to ensure accuracy and proper deductions are applied.
- Process bi-weekly payroll and generate relevant reports.
- Reconcile insurance invoices and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Provide support to employees on payroll-related inquiries, including timeclock issues, pay statements, and compensation details.
- Post job advertisements, pre-screen applicants, and conduct interviews for open positions.
- Manage the new hire process, including paperwork, and maintain accurate personnel records.
- Ensure human resource files and records are up-to-date and comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Respond to employee and applicant inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and hiring processes.
- Perform regular audits of HR files to verify completeness and accuracy of required documents.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all human resource files and records.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Previous processing for 50 employees.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Knowledge of HR policies, benefits administration, and recruitment processes.

Work Schedule:
- 9:00AM – 6:00PM or 8:30AM – 5:30PM, Monday through Friday.
