Requirements:
· High School Diploma/GED (College experience preferred but not required)
· 15-20 hours/week
· Must be able to work until 7:00 PM Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (Can be flexible)
Compensation/Benefits:
· Paid hourly – Compensation depends on previous experience and current level of schooling
· Health insurance – once minimum requirements have been met
· 401k – once minimum requirements have been met
· Flexible shift times (willing to work with class schedules)
· No weekend/holiday shifts
Job Description/Tasks:
· Patient Scheduling
· Answering phones/taking messages for therapists
· Greeting/Checking-in patients
· General organization/filing duties
· Verifying patient insurance
· Uploading/correcting therapist dictations and daily notes
· Communicating with other providers for insurance, referral, and documentation purposes
· Managing co-payment/payment collection from patients
· Assisting Practice Administrator in other routine tasks (billing, authorization, etc)
