Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers, with precision and expertise.
- Conduct comprehensive consultations to create personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs and goals.
- Educate patients on procedures, set realistic expectations, and provide thorough post-treatment care guidance to ensure satisfaction.
- Foster strong patient relationships to build trust, enhance retention, and encourage referrals.
- Practice hormone replacement therapy, anti-aging medicine, and longevity medicine in an ethically sound manner, adhering to current standards and best practices in these fields.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, techniques, and best practices through ongoing education and training.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records while ensuring full compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Establish and grow a professional social media presence by creating compelling content that highlights treatments, patient success stories, and industry knowledge to attract new patients and enhance brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Active Medical Doctor (MD), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) license required.
- Minimum of 1 year in aesthetic medicine, with expertise in neurotoxin and dermal filler injections. Experience in anti-aging and longevity medicine is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while ensuring safe, effective treatments.
- Goal-driven with exceptional sales acumen and strong communication skills.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding patient care and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
- Experience with laser and energy-based devices is a valuable plus.

Compensation: This role offers a competitive base salary paired with a performance-based commission structure, providing significant earning potential. While actual income varies depending on individual performance, experience, and dedication, top team members in similar roles have surpassed $250,000 annually.
