Promising Futures, Inc. (PFI), a trusted non-profit organization in San Diego since 1989. We are seeking a dedicated Residential House Manager with experience in Behavior Management for our beautiful home in Lakeside, San Diego. In this role, you will oversee staff and support our residential clients, helping them enhance their daily living skills by implementing tailored programs and behavioral intervention plans.
Key Responsibilities:
· Experience collecting and analyzing data to develop and improve behavior treatment plans
· A proven track record in staff supervision, training, and coaching
· Practical knowledge of licensing and operational regulations
Minimum Qualifications:
· At least 1 year of experience in a residential or day program setting for adults with disabilities.
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Valid CA driver’s license with reliable transportation.
· Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background clearance, drug test, TB test, and health exam).
· Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
