Responsibilities
- Design, Create and Teach BCBA curriculum tailored to BCBA Students
- Oversee a caseload of RBT-level students and provide mentorship and guidance
- Manage a small caseload of 15 billable hours
- Assign and balance student cases
- Organize and deliver one CEU session annually to the staff
- Minimum 5years as a BCBA
- 2 years in a supervisory role as a BCBA
- $80,000 - $90,000 salary
