The Role
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our fast-paced, high-performing global accounts payable team. As we continue to grow and expand globally, we understand that hiring the right people and treating them well is key to our success! We are a multinational company with locations in 20 countries, with each location contributing to Proofpoint's amazing culture. This individual will be an integral part of the wider finance team. This is a great opportunity that will allow for career growth as the Company continues to expand.
Responsibilities :
- Process AP Invoices for multiple entities in various currencies accurately & in a timely manner.
- Audit employee expenses ensuring compliance with T&E policy
- Managing AP queries from vendors and our business partners
- Discuss and resolve issues with expense reports with employees
- Assist with month end close activities
- Liaise with internal and external auditors as required
- Any ad hoc tasks as required by management
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders & vendors via email and phone

Base Pay Range : 25.54 - 35.12 USD
California (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska :
Base Pay Range : 20.15 - 27.71 USD
All other cities and states excluding those listed above :
Base Pay Range : 19.12 - 26.28 USD
Salary : $19 - $26
