Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Operations Support
- Assist in maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure all candidate records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Support the implementation of new tools or workflows to improve efficiency.
- Communicate with candidates to ensure a seamless and positive recruitment experience.
- Provide timely updates to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage recruitment-related correspondence, including job postings and candidate inquiries.
- Provide support for onboarding activities and new hire orientations.
- Education
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with ATS or HRIS systems (a plus but not required).
- Interest in talent acquisition or human resources.
