Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition specialist will be responsible for mixing traditional and innovative sourcing methods, to recruit the premier talent in states we currently provide service, and states we are to move into. This position is responsible for all onboarding of potential candidates, maintaining records and ensuring a smooth transition through the onboard process. Maintain on-line job sites, send out messages via LinkedIn, and other markets and social media outlets such as Facebook.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience with recruiting candidates in a high-volume environment is required. Preference for candidates familiar with remote recruitment in a healthcare field.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Essential Functions of the Position include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned).
Salary: $58000 - $65000 per year

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Essential Functions of the Position include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned).
- Demonstrate the company's mission, beliefs in actions, language and vision.
- Responsible for recruiting and talent acquisition of Behavior Technicians (BTs)
- Use social media and internet sourcing sites and research techniques to obtain candidates
- On a weekly basis, create and update marketing strategies to onboard BTs
- Schedule and conducts interviews to determine candidate eligibility
- Communicates and follows up on all matters relevant to recruiting and onboarding
- Update and maintain required candidate documents and required information
- Coordinates administrative details related to recruiting and across divisions/service areas
- Responsible for pre-boarding and onboarding process for new hires and transfers within the organization
- Maintains all electronic and off-line record keeping with a high level of integrity in accordance with audit and HIPAA standards
- Handles confidential and sensitive information pertaining to candidates and employees
- Communicates effectively and timely to new recruits and leadership
- Identify and implement electronic system to organize and manage onboarding process
- Meet expected amount of staffed hired BTs per month
- Organize and attend career fair or conference events, prepare presentations and participate in recruiting events as needed; including travel if needed
- Proficiency with MS Office Applications at an intermediate skill level or stronger
- M - F 9-5; as needed
