Job Summary
As a Quality Control Processor under the supervision of the Quality Control Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting Post Closing and Interim Servicing loan audits. While direct interaction with borrowers is not typical, every internal and external engagement is viewed as an opportunity to enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform or request re-verifications of employment, tax transcripts, and other relevant third-party verifications during Post Closing audits.
- Order soft-pull tri-merge credit reports.
- Coordinate field review requests for FHA loans with the Appraisal Group.
- Acquire FHA/VA case numbers, CAIVRS, fraud reports, and other necessary third-party documents.
- Organize documentation and execute required data entry in preparation for Post Closing audits.
- Complete audit questionnaires for Interim Servicing using the ACES Quality Management Platform (ACES), inputting audit findings and exceptions.
- Report on audit exceptions and results through ACES Connect.
- Ensure compliance with investor and legal guidelines and directives.
- Stay up-to-date with current processing procedures for conventional, USDA, bond, jumbo, FHA, and VA loans as provided by the company, investors, and government agencies to maintain quality in closing packages.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain clear communication with all internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in mortgage processing or post-closing roles is required.
- Preferred experience in mortgage quality control and compliance.
- Familiarity with Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS) or ACES platform is required.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of mortgage regulations and compliance is preferred.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Proven organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills to balance multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
