The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven commercial “hunter” with the ambition and expertise to lead our sales efforts into the next phase of growth. If you are an entrepreneurial, ambitious, and experienced sales executive capable of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for a high-potential SMB tech start-up, we want to meet you.

Punchey is focused on rapidly expanding through sales-driven customer acquisition, and we are looking for a sales leader to spearhead this effort. For the right candidate, this is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in building a category-defining tech company while accelerating your career.

What You’ll Do:

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Sales Manager will be instrumental in shaping the company’s go-to-market strategy. This is a player-coach role—meaning you’ll be expected to meet individual quotas while also coaching and mentoring junior account executives. By driving results, you will have the opportunity to build and scale a larger sales team over time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, demo, and close new accounts in targeted industries.
  • Achieve revenue and account acquisition targets as agreed with leadership.
  • Successfully commercialize Punchey’s customer-centric solutions with new and existing customers across all markets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to drive growth for TattooPro and other products.
  • Plan and manage tactical sales programs, including trade shows, webinars, publications, and user workshops.
  • Hire, train, and mentor account executives.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5 years of experience in sales and sales management.
  • Proven track record of success selling SaaS, fintech, or other relevant solutions to small businesses (experience with local service businesses is a significant plus).
  • Self-motivated and growth-oriented mindset with a relentless drive for improvement.
  • Tenacity, positivity, and high energy, with an unyielding desire to win.
  • Team player who values collaboration and celebrates team success.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
