Travel Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

We are seeking board-certified nurse practitioner contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. This role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to connect with individuals one-on-one to help them improve their health.

• Conduct in-home visits focusing on overall health and identifying barriers to care.
• Earn between $2,500 to $4,000 weekly, with a base rate of $80 per completed assessment.
• Travel throughout the state, covering multiple counties, with shifts available Monday to Sunday.
• Independent contractor status with flexible scheduling and additional compensation for qualifying tests.
• Malpractice coverage and travel expenses may be provided based on eligibility.
• State license required (FNP or AGNP preferred).
