HR Generalist II

Pay Range: $25 - $28.13/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Will assist the HR Department with various projects related to Benefits Administration, Recruiting, Compensation, Safety Programs, etc.
• Will provide direct support to the HR Director.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in any HR related field based on position.
• To support the HR Director with various HR Generalist duties ranging from Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, Safety, etc.
• Will be brought in to Augment the current HR Staff with special project or peak time of need.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in any HR related field based on position.
