Pay Range: $50 - $55/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Execute regular monitoring and analysis of sales activities to identify any potential sales practices concerns and escalate accurate and timely findings/results to the appropriate management, stakeholders, and Corporate Investigations, as required by established policies and procedures.
• Provide support in developing, updating, and maintaining reporting mechanisms to track and report on key performance indicators related to sales practices compliance.
• Provide support in the development and implementation of sales policies, procedures, and training programs to promote ethical conduct and compliance.
• Participate in internal audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory exams that assess the effectiveness of sales practices and related controls.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-Compliance & control; Data analytics (data visualization/ SQL), auditing.
• Looking for experience in Data Analytics(SQL, Data Visualization), auditing, risk and controls with banking/financial clients
• Experience in a financial institution with emphasis on risk management, audit, operations, process engineering or line of business specialty and/or equivalent education, training, and experience.
• Solid knowledge of risk management principles and controls, broad-based business practices, and understanding of business process and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage projects independently as well as in a team setting .
• Strong interpersonal skills which allow effective working relationships with various levels within the organization.
• Conceptual ability to analyse problems and devise solutions, including quantitative analysis and research skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; ability to operate without close supervision.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
