Job purpose
Shipping operations and activities within the ATM and banking industry
Duties and responsibilities
Primary job duties and responsibilities:
· Prepare and complete orders for shipping or receiving according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
· Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
· Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
· Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
· Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
· Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
Qualifications
Qualifications include:
- Must be a self-starter
- Proficiency in computers
- Familiarity with modern warehousing/shipping practices and methods
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Current forklift license (not required, but preferred)
- Good attendance and punctuality
- High School Diploma
Working conditions
Job is performed in our corporate headquarters. Working hours generally are Monday – Friday 9:00a – 6:00p. Some overtime and weekend work may also apply on a week-to-week basis but must have prior approval.
Physical requirements
Position requires:
· Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs.
· Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance
