RemitMax is a premium solution which assists healthcare facilities and providers in modernizing paper remittance and correspondence processing by turning paper documents into electronic transactions for streamlined processing.
Help us enable healthcare facilities and providers with automation of their manual paper processing. We are looking for a technician to assist with implementations and ongoing support for RemitMax clients to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily audits to ensure quality output
- Manage analysis of solution outputs for accuracy
- Create documentation and SOPs as needed
- Provide ServiceNow support for RemitMax clients working to resolve or triage tickets as necessary.
- Identification of trends and perform root cause analysis
- Reporting of identified issues to vendors
- Support RemitMax Implementations as needed
- Other duties as requested by Management
Qualifications:
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to learn, document, and support complex systems
- Capability to effectively communicate with internal departments
- Capacity to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objective with minimal supervision
- Manage multiple projects effectively
- Collaborate and support for RemitMax Project Managers and Analysts
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Understanding of ANSI 835s and 837s preferred
