• Champion safety initiatives and cultivate a culture of health and safety across all operations.
• Develop and execute an operations strategy aligned with company goals for performance, quality, and safety.
• Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to create and implement the annual Master Plan and Scorecard.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles.
• Oversee the development and execution of operational and capital budgets.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals, ensuring they have the support and training needed to excel.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, customer specifications, and company policies.
• Optimize production and resource utilization through cross-departmental collaboration.

• Industry Expertise: A minimum of 10 years of experience in the food industry, particularly in industrial bakery operations.
• Change Leadership: Proven experience as a change agent with a track record of driving transformational change.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Operational Excellence: Strong expertise in EHS, quality assurance, and maintenance management.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, communicate, and solve complex problems effectively.
• Preferred: AIB Certifications and experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) are highly desirable.
