We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Organizational Development Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our management team to drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of growth and accountability. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coaching and mentoring managers, with a focus on performance reviews, Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), and leading change management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop HR-related processes: Collaborate with managers to create SOPs that ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment across departments.
- Guide Goal Setting and Performance Reviews: Support managers in setting achievable goals, conducting performance reviews, and implementing PIPs to elevate team performance.
- Coaching and Mentoring: Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to managers on tactical planning, KPI development, and achieving organizational goals, ensuring continuous improvement and leadership development.
- Monitor Progress and Reporting: Track and report on managerial progress in achieving goals and initiatives, offering feedback and actionable recommendations for success.
- Change Management: Lead and support change management efforts within the organization, ensuring smooth transitions during process improvements and structural changes.
- Foster a Positive Culture: Champion a culture of accountability, professional growth, and continuous learning, promoting a supportive and productive work environment.
- HR Duties: Contribute to broader HR functions, including employee relations, compliance, and organizational development, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and compliance.
- Performance Management: Proven experience in performance management, goal setting, and KPI development with a focus on driving change and improving processes.
- Change Management: Demonstrated success in managing organizational change, with the ability to lead teams through transitions and foster adaptability.
- Coaching and Leadership Development: Experience mentoring and guiding managers to reach their full potential and enhance team performance.
- Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
- Experience in curriculum development and training program management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of talent management and performance evaluation
- Familiarity with HR sourcing, succession planning, and change management
- Prosci or other organizational change management certifications is a plus
- Previous experience in mentoring managers
- Certification in instructional design or related field is a plus

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
